Fees with the scope visible
Pay for the depth of research your decision needs. There are no memberships, city commissions or hidden referral fees.
Location Fit Consultation — €295
The fixed fee covers one household, up to four locations, a preparation call, 90-minute consultation, written comparison brief and short follow-up. Payment is due after the preparation call confirms scope.
Family Move Review — from €480
The starting fee covers one household, three regions, two 75-minute calls and a household decision brief. The quote may increase when separate school systems, specialist education, several workplace scenarios or more than three regions require additional research. We agree the amount before work begins.
Settling-in Session — €145
A fixed fee for preparation, a 60-minute online session and concise action notes. This option does not include city comparison research or appointment handling.
Additional research
Neighbourhood-level comparison, an extra city, a reconnaissance itinerary or a second follow-up is quoted at €95 per research hour. We estimate the hours first; no additional work starts without written approval.
What never changes the fee
We do not charge more because a visitor has an urgent personal reason, a particular nationality or limited German. Nor do we receive payments for recommending a city, housing provider or other professional.
Travel outside central Düsseldorf, translation, legal opinions, property search and third-party fees are not included. See our refund and rescheduling terms before booking.
